Space 4 Uses CAD/CAM production techniques from the automotive industry to produce pre-insulated panels for new homes using Modern Methods of Construction.

High volume output with flexible design
With an annual output capacity of more than 6,000+ units, Space4a™s manufacturing plant is one of the largest facilities of its kind in Europe.

Its CAD/CAM database contains hundreds of house designs, enabling the ability to convert any new design, ensuring no compromise on choice for a customer portfolio.

Efficient construction process
The components are delivered for assembly on-site by independent teams. The rapid construction of a structural shell and roof enables greater efficiencies within the scheduling of follow-on trades.
