RIAL GROUP LTD is a non for profit, self-funded limited company with a view to making Energy Efficient and Environmentally Sustainable modern living in As Built or existing private residential homes accessible to all members of the public, especially those that find implementing new standards and legislation, such as PAS 2035 Building Retrofit and the updated Building Safety Act 2022, challenging or otherwise impossible, due to either additional physical or learning-based issues that may or may not constitute a Protected Characteristic. At the same time, RGL is focused on continuous innovation, especially in the small/discrete sensor and associated communication technologies sector, as well as in the provision of Industry to Public Sector interfacing and in simplifying the migration of industrial system-based AI, Machine Learning and Adaptive Technologies to the homeowner/end-user arena. RGL also operates a cross-sector Catchment Policy for novel and potentially useful technologies and scientific methodologies already in-use within the increasingly digitally-based Agricultural and Aquaculture arenas, as well as those still at the development stages, for use in the more urban, traditional domestic settings, in order to enable a more-Carboncentric approach to sustainable occupation of the existing urban landscape. A key component of this strategy is to employ a project policy of encouraging the incorporation of sustainably-sourced, structural timber products and technology to replace the more widely used, quarried and aggregate-based building materials, which have to date, taken precedence over the often and usually more suitable, wood-based alternatives when instigating whole-house and Deep Retrofit projects and property alterations, wherein improvements in Dynamic Thermal Performance are specified as a requirement in both, Building Regulation and or Building Retrofit specification. RGL is also keen on expanding its role and support to both, Public/Private Partnerships as well as in the provision of BSE and BIM services for the conversion of existing industrial premises to residential use and the adaption of the PAS 2038 Standard at the instigation of the projects, whilst meeting the requirements and demands of the CDM 2015 regulations and associated changes in Local Authority Planning Permission in their entirety.
