OFP Timber Framed Homes Ltd specialises in the design and manufacture of high quality, timber framed homes. We supply and erect houses and apartments for a wide range of customers throughout the country, including housing associations, private developers and specialist builders.

All our services are completely flexible and can be tailored to meet your needs, throughout the process of designing and manufacturing your properties. As well as a choice of design options, we can also offer you a choice of timber fabrication systems.

Our services include structural engineering, design and pre-insulated panels designed to minimise erection times on-site, value engineering savings which we are able to pass on to our clients and full erection services undertaken by CSCS/CPCS accredited experienced installers.

Following fabrication and a series of stringent quality control checks, the finished frame is delivered to your site. We offer a range of professional on-site services including erection, construction and cranage.

Structure
OFP Timber Framed Homes are a privately owned business operating primarily in the south-east of England, specialising in the design, manufacture and erection of all sectors of structural timber frame.

Our ethos is one of complete project management throughout all elements of a build.

From the initial enquiry, through the engineering and design stages, into our purpose-built manufacturing facility and ultimately on-site, our dedicated team liaise with our clients at all stages of a project, ensuring programmes are met within budget and with a quality product.

The company structure has been designed to ensure that, at all stages of a project, our clients have a specific team member responsible for a specific element of the build, whether it be a design query, an issue with deliveries or a question regarding site progress, our dedicated team will be on-hand to deal with these issues with maximum efficiency.
