CDRM Services was founded in early 2016 by David Sandys with a clear vision: placing the client’s project at the forefront of their services. By prioritising the success of each project and continuously educating the client’s staff on integrating health and safety practices, we strive to add value to every project. This client-centric approach has resulted in strong relationships with clients and project team members, leading to recommendations as a go-to provider of exceptional CDM and health and safety services.
Our principal partner has a long track record in providing health and safety services in a wide variety of industries and many iconic projects. Pharmaceutical, education, manufacturing, retail, food processing, commercial and residential projects have all been successfully delivered. Prior to setting up in private practice, David was responsible for CDM activities on the 2016 Sterling Prize winning Newport Street Gallery, Grade II listed residential refurbishments, major office developments in London, and many retail refurbishments, extensions and new builds.
More recently, CDRM Services have been involved in construction projects ranging from £20,000 to £10million as well as delivering corporate H&S advice to clients large and small.
