With our own extensive in house Design Team we can offer help and advice on any projects of any size and complexity. We take pride in delivering Timber Frame solutions that meet the most challenging of designs and construction criteria. Our extensive portfolio ranges from simple extensions to multi storey blocks of flats and large school projects, with a client base including Architects, Self Builders, Developers, Local Authorities, Housing Associations and the Public and Private sector chains

In addition to the Timber Frame we are able to provide a stand alone service for trussed rafter, I-Beam and metal web joist design/manufacture at competitive prices.

Sydenhams Timber Engineering are members of both TRADA and UKTFA and we always provide a full set of structural calculations and an NHBC HB353B certificate for design work in addition to any other information as may be required by Regulatory Authorities.
