Roe Timber Frame Limited is firmly established as a leading sub contractor within the construction industry, working with developers, contractors and architects throughout the country. Primarily designing, manufacturing and erecting MMC Cat2 open panel solutions across the whole of England and Wales.

Our head office and manufacturing site is located on the South East coast of Kent. Our scale is such that we can accommodate a single unit through to large housing projects, along with commercial / educational applications too. We have the capacity to produce up to 3000 units a year, which equates to over 50 units a week.

Our ‘In house’ design, steel fabrication and transport departments minimise our reliance on 3rd parties. In addition, we also have a comprehensive field team, all suitably qualified, to ensure our clients receive a premium experience from initial enquiry, through to project completion.

As a MMC Cat-2 provider, we provide solutions for both Part L and Future Homes Standard (FHS). We believe that we offer a unique blend of management experience that compliments our philosophy to endorse best practice and to meet the highest of industry standards.
