We use only specialist consultant structural engineers who understand the unique physical properties of timber and timber based materials, to realise straightforward and cost effective designs. Using the structural engineer’s appraisal, our in-house timber frame design team convert your architect’s drawings into construction and manufacturing details using the very latest “Wood Engine” Timber Frame design software from Mitek Industries, and MetsaWood UK’s “Finnframe” floor design software. We also use experienced external timber frame design consultants to supplement our in-house design output when required, and we are always happy to work in conjunction with other designers, architects and building control officers when projects present additional challenges.

Passivhaus construction standards, certified or not, and low U-values can easily be met where sustainability is fundamental to the project.
